This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies on the job seekers end, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

3. Proven experience in lead generation and sales
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
7. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
