Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand Skillovilla's products, prospective clients, and services thoroughly
2. Understand customer needs and requirements and correlate solutions with customer requirements
3. Identify and qualify new customers from inbound and outbound lead funnels
4. Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
5. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
6. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads and inquiries
7. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
9. Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:

1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi, and English mandatory; knowing regional languages is a plus)
2. Ability to make focused efforts to win customers
3. The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
