Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
2. Generate and conduct site visits of interested clients to relevant properties
3. Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure deal closures
4. Achieve a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week

Skills required:

1. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
2. Proficiency in both Hindi & English and the local language is an advantage
3. MS Office
4. Customer relationship management, sales & negotiation skills
5. Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence

Educational qualification & work experience:

1. A graduate from any discipline is preferred
2. 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred
3. Freshers are also welcome
