Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
2. Communicate company products and services via cold calling and e-mail.
3. Responsible for scheduling product demos to the customers.
4. Build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
5. Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
6. Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
7. Responsible for intense follow-up with the potential prospects in closing the sales.
8. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the teams' performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.,
10. Be a self-starter and proactive; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
11. Remain knowledgeable about all the organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
12. Research and analyze the customer's requirements and present the best solutions.
13. Contribute individually to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
