At Bharat Skool, we're spearheading innovative changes in the education system. Our founder, Nishant Jindal, a 5x entrepreneur with 6 years in the IIT Delhi startup ecosystem, an IIT JEE AIR-247 ranking, and author of 2 Amazon bestsellers, is leading the charge. We need talented individuals to work closely with Nishant and make a significant impact in education. As a 'Business Development Associate', you will be instrumental in:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generating leads: Develop and execute strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
2. Client relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
3. Team collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align and support business development efforts.
4. Sales and negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
5. Strategic insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the EdTech industry.
3. Proven track record of generating leads,building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Skills & attributes:

1. Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and current industry trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing company.
5. Adaptable and open to learning new techniques and tools.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
