Business Development Associate Job

We are looking for a driven and energetic business development associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate introductory calls with potential clients and secure first meetings with co-founders. Once the meeting is set, our co-founders and extended team will take over to drive further discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
2. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Embrace Consulting.
3. Engage decision-makers and secure introductory meetings with co-founders.
4. Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach efforts and follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
