1. Identify and generate new leads for flight bookings and tour packages through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
3. Conduct market research to identify potential growth and expansion opportunities
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
5. Manage and track sales leads in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
6. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients
7. Stay updated with travel trends, industry insights, and competitor activities
8. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
2. Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (experience in the travel industry is a plus)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
7. Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations, flight routes, and tour packages

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
