Business Development Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding New Customers (B2B): You will be responsible for onboarding new business clients, ensuring that they are successfully integrated into our platform and provided with all necessary information.
2. Customer Meetings and Presentations: You will visit customers for meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch our services with the goal of converting potential leads into committed customers.
3. Preparation of Materials and Communications: You will prepare all required materials, documents, and communications both before and after the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Customer Follow-Up and Research: You will follow up with potential customers regularly, conduct research to identify new prospects, and proactively reach out to onboard them onto our platform.

Additional Details:

1. This role requires travel across the Delhi NCR region, and only candidates living in this area will be considered.
2. The salary will consist of a base salary plus incentives. The position is initially contractual, with the possibility of becoming a regular role based on satisfactory performance.
