1. Make target-based calls daily to convert leads
2. Generate revenue by selling Unstop's courses
3. Achieve monthly targets by converting active leads
4. Work in a high-pressure environment and meet given targets
5. Liaise between internal teams and Course team
6. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
7. Manage end-to-end B2C Sales
8. Provide in-depth information to prospective users, including counseling through phone, email & chat
9. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
10. Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
11. Track sales, maintain data, and reports daily
12. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
13. Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
1. Great interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and being a multitasker
2. Minimum of one year experience in the Education Industry
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency)
4. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines
5. Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel is preferable
