Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster business growth
3. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients
4. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
5. Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align business strategies and deliver client solutions
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into long-term clients
7. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
8. Maintain accurate records of business activities, including client interactions, sales, and feedback
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services
10. Generate and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to management
