Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
2. Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pitch Talinkd's services across Permanent Hiring, Temp Staffing, US Staffing, Singapore Staffing, and HR Outsourcing
3. Convert leads into long-term business relationships through consultative selling
4. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including contract finalization and mandate handover
5. Handle ongoing client mandates to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as Temp Staffing, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, and Culture Projects
7. Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure quality and timely delivery on assigned mandates
8. Participate in special projects related to hiring, market research, or internal initiatives (if interested)

Requirements:

1. Have proven experience in B2B business development or client acquisition, preferably in HR services or allied sectors
2. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Be self-driven with the ability to work independently
4. Manage multiple client mandates simultaneously with efficiency
5. Be passionate about helping companies build better teams and processes

Additional Information:

1. Location: Sector 51 (Work from Office)
2. Working Days: 5 days a week (Sat/Sun - your choice, no calls unless it's a real emergency)
3. Timings: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (and you log off after that)
