About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development associate to join our team. As the 'Business Development Associate' for digital sales, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the digital marketplace. This position requires a deep understanding of digital sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital sales space, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective digital sales campaigns.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
8. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition.

Work schedule: 6 days (weekend off)
Shift timings: 10:00 am-6:30 pm

English Proficiency (Spoken)

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Strong knowledge of digital sales strategies and the ability to adapt to evolving trends.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions.

9. Ability to do a consultative sell, Developing the strategic plan to grow digital sales amongst existing clients.

10. Language known: English and regional language mandatory 

11. Eligibility: Any degree

Note: Good to have experience in B2B Sales.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
