Job Summary: The 'Business Development Associate' (BDA) will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
4. Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
7. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
8. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
9. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
10. Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
11. Assist with the coordination of client meetings, site visits, and other related activities.
12. Support the business development manager with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
