Business development associate

Crio.Do is an established e-learning platform used by working professionals (IT) for upskilling on the latest technology stacks to make great career transitions. After completing their coursework on CRIO, learners join leading Unicorns (Swiggy, Flipkart, CRED) and large technology companies (Google, Microsoft, Adobe).
Our Sales team is critical to ensure that our prospective users understand our product, the impact it can have on their careers and enable them to make the right decision. They are ambitious individuals who strive for the company's growth, receive significant rewards & recognition, have accelerated careers with 6-month promotion cycles and can transition to other roles within the company.

We are Hiring to expand our Sales Team

Key responsibilities:

1. Product Understanding
We will train you extensively on the market and consumer personas.
You are expected to understand the various programs that we offer and map how they can help different consumer personas

2. Consultative Selling
Given the premium product, you are expected to follow a consultative sales approach for converting prospects into paid customers.
For the leads allocated, you will understand their profile, career goals, challenges and correspondingly advice them on the programs that they can pursue.
Nurture the leads over a period of time across multiple touchpoints (Webinars, Demos, Expert Sessions) for efficient conversion.

3. Sales Planning & Execution
Use the CRM to build/ manage your pipeline accurately.
Prioritize your pipeline for conversion to meet your targets.

Salary: 4 - 6 LPA

Who Are We Looking For?

Ambitious individuals who want to build a stellar sales & marketing career in consumer based companies.
You can be a fresher from any discipline or less than 3 years of experience of sales.
Stellar English communication skills.
An innate drive to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Additional Information

Work week: 6 day
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Location: Bangalore and Chennai (Office-based role)
Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred
