Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales development:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs and how our software solutions can meet those needs.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
2. Relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
3. Sales strategy and execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
4. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Gain a deep understanding of our software products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
