You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage & convert leads for versatile programs that are in collaboration with renowned universities/institutes such as ITB, NIMMS, IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business Scholl, and MICA
2. Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media
3. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
4. Work on updating details about lead discussions & conversion in real-time on CRM (salesforce) software
5. Work on adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management
6. Work on meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrolments
7. Handle objections and price negotiations in order to generate sales revenue
8. Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and neighboring cities
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
2. Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what our edtech platform is about
3. Approachable and vibrant personality
4. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
5. Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
6. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
7. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable
