Experience - 6 months to 2 years

Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans towards reaching the assigned goals
Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. Consistently achieve
revenue targets in line with team/organisational objectives
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following
up on leads
Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
