About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the training needs of clients
2. Providing solutions with proposed trainings/interventions
3. Coordinating with trainers for respective client's needs
4. Performing pre and post-assessments of trainings and conducting an impact assessment
5. Attending business meetings with clients
6. Following up with clients for lead conversion
7. Managing CRM
8. Writing business emails and delivering proposal presentations
9. Working on creative design, digital marketing, and social media marketing

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,60,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 1,00,000 /year
