Role overview:
As a 'Business Development Associate' at Skill-Lync, you will be a key driver of our growth. This is a B2C inside sales role where you will be responsible for guiding potential learners through their journey, from lead generation to enrollment. You will work closely with prospective students, helping them choose the right course that aligns with their career goals. If you are passionate about sales, education, and career growth, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
2. Understand student needs and present the right course offerings that match their career aspirations.
3. Guide students through the enrollment process, including counseling on program details, fees, and outcomes.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive student experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Skills & qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
2. Persuasive and goal-oriented, with a proven track record in sales (experience in B2C sales is a plus).
3. Ability to understand and articulate the value of educational programs.
4. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
5. Resilience and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
