It has been created keeping in mind the requirements of professional services firms (CA/ CS/ law/ consulting firms) as well as corporate houses across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting up/conducting meetings.
a. Shadowing the manager with respect to client outreach.
b. Understanding the hiring needs of the clients and pitching them.
c. Setting up online or offline client meetings with the Manager initially.
d. Conducting online and offline demo meetings with the client (business or HR).

2. Closing deals:
a. Closing deals independently if possible based on subscription plans and involving Manager whenever required.
b. Sharing the formal proposal with clients.

3. New business development:
a. Generating fresh client leads once existing network is tapped.
b. Pitching prospective advertisers for collaborations in various ways.
(Legal/Finance event organizers, coaching classes, resume writers).

4. Client relationship:
a. Supporting clients with teething issues on portal post onboarding
b. Monitoring the usage of clients in terms of job postings, applications received etc.
c. Pushing bulk mails to registered candidates for increasing the applicant count using mailing softwares.
d. Taking feedback from clients on a timely basis post onboarding and maintaining relationship with them.

5. Recruitment support: Supporting other team members sourcing or mapping candidates for tax and finance vertical if time permits till the time client interactions are less.

6. Others:
a. Mentoring new members who would join the team.
b. Such other tasks as may be required from time to time with respect to project.

1. This role is ideal for BD/sales/client facing professionals with prior relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in recruitment or education industry.

2. Freshers with experience during college fest/events/committees can also apply.

3. Candidate should be passionate, meticulous, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
