1. Must have experience in sales, preferably in Edtech sales
2. Conduct out-bound calls to JEE/NEET aspirants for telecalling sales/direct sales
3. Conduct direct sales/Zoom meetings to convert potential leads into admissions
4. Be comfortable taking calls and going for outdoor/home visits for 10 hours a day
5. Be comfortable with a target-based sales job
Requirements:
1. Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic, and patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills
2. Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, writing emails, and comfortable working with Sales & Services-related software
4. Fluency in English and regional languages
5. Comfortable with traveling and public speaking
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Preferred degrees: BTech, BBA, MBA, etc.
3. Previous experience in sales or career counseling
4. Previous experience in business-to-customer (B2C) sales across industries
Key Interactions:
External interactions with students, parents, schools, partners, and vendors for Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) activities. Internal interactions with branch's academic & non-academic teams and regional Student Support Centre.
