Key responsibilities:

a. Database Development:
1. Develop and maintain a detailed database of colleges in Mumbai, including their contact numbers, addresses, and relevant details.
2. Conduct thorough research to identify and compile accurate and up-to-date information.
b. Outreach and Engagement:
1. Initiate contact with college decision-makers and key stakeholders to introduce and - promote our HR tech app.
2. Schedule and conduct presentations to showcase the app's features, benefits, and value proposition to college representatives.
c. Student Onboarding:
1. Collaborate with college representatives to facilitate the onboarding process for students, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to our app.
2. Provide ongoing support to students to maximize their engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
d. Training and Mentorship:
1. Develop and deliver training programs for sales and business development personnel, focusing on effective outreach strategies, presentation skills, and onboarding techniques.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of best practices.
e. Reporting and Analysis:
1. Track and report on key metrics related to outreach efforts, student onboarding, and team performance.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements to strategies and processes.
