Key responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and understand their financial needs and goals.
Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Present and promote the firm's financial products and services to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Provide ongoing advice and guidance to clients on their financial portfolios, including rebalancing and diversification strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Portfolio Management:
Analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment products based on their individual financial objectives.
Monitor the performance of client portfolios, providing regular updates and making adjustments as needed to optimize returns.
Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Sales & Cross-Selling:
Promote and cross-sell a wide range of financial products, including insurance policies, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and other investment products.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional financial solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
Achieve sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including documentation of meetings, financial plans, and product recommendations.
Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions for management review.

Qualifications:
