About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for delivering BD & marketing strategies across wealth market to drive sales growth.
2. BD, marketing, responsibilities for driving relevant audiences understanding targets & reporting.
3. Assist with production of enticing BD & marketing content across all marketing communication tailored to relevant audiences.
4. Monitor & report on the competitor landscape & strategies.
5. Ensure compliances with current regulations, policies on all marketing materials & promotions.
6. Generate & convert leads.
7. Manage business development through the acquisition of ultra-high net worth clients.
8. Achieving targets based on acquisition & revenue generation through all investment products.

Note:

1. Candidate should possess own vehicle.
2. Candidate from out of Pune, have to relocate to Pune at their own.

2. A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to the market.

3. Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients thus generating insights for clients.

4. Should have a sound understanding of capital markets.

5. Only Female candidates are required.

6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as keen eye for detail, fluency in English.

7. A strong team player & “can do” attitude with organizational behavioural skills.

8. An interest in wealth management industry & genuine curiosity in expanding the horizon of the Company.

9. Ability to drive projects through completion, delivering clear defined results.

10. Creating high quality marketing materials like presentations, investment proposals & product related newsletters.

11. Very good knowledge in PowerPoint & Excel.

12. The candidate should be able to analyse the financial need, risk appetite of the clients & recommend suitable solution from the array of financial products / Services available with us like PMS, SME-IPO, Private Equity / Venture Capitalist, Mutual Funds, Equity, insurance etc.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
