As a business development & client servicing executive at our advertising agency, you will play a multifaceted role in driving client engagement, managing accounts, and expanding our business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Media planning: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape. Developing innovative media strategies to effectively reach the target audience through various advertising mediums
2. Client servicing: Serving as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, understanding their advertising goals, and providing strategic recommendations to meet their objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. Managing client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of advertising campaigns within budget and scope
3. Business development: Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and revenue streams. Conducting market analysis and identifying key decision-makers within target industries to pitch agency services and secure new partnerships. Developing customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the agency's capabilities and win new business. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement with prospective clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2. 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the advertising industry
3. Comprehensive understanding of Mumbai city and its demographic attributes
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
8. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
