Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships, and formulating strategic plans to foster business growth. Language proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven sales expertise with the ability to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill).
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and foster robust business partnerships (Mandatory skill).
Strategic planning skills to develop business plans that align with company goals (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in market research to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making purposes.
Ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills for conveying ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
Experience in lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities effectively.
Understanding of customer relationship management practices to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Language proficiency in both Hindi and English.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve business growth targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure beneficial terms and conditions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance to management regularly.
Stay updated with industry trends to identify potential market opportunities and threats.
