Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business development, including identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, ability to team handling and results-driven mindset
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Advising prospects on various products and solutions, and recommending the most suitable options for their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and update CRM systems with client information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
For experienced candidates, 6 months to 2 years of experience in the Edu Tech industry is required.
For freshers, proficiency in at least one South Indian language is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or a related field are eligible to apply.
