We are looking for business development executives (education counselors) to guide students about IIDE s digital marketing courses.
Key responsibilities:
1. Counsel students for their course inquiry
2. Mentor junior counselors
3. Counsel students and concerned parents in-person and on the phone
4. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly targets
5. Calculate conversion rates
6. Work on additional responsibilities given by senior counselors
7. Work on a minimum of 60-80 connected calls a day
8. Meet weekly revenue targets consistently as per the batch requirements
9. Engage in 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average
Skills & Requirements:
1. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
2. Should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys
3. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities
4. Work experience with EdTechs will be an added advantage
5. Should be budding leaders
6. 0-2 years of experience
7. Fluent written & spoken English language skills
8. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
9. Interest in sales and counseling
10. Knowledge of CRM and EdTech work experience
11. Multi-tasker
12. The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
