About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, field visits, networking events, and referrals.
2. Go to the field, build rapport with potential customers in the architecture, engineering, and construction domain and position the company's offerings
3. Present relevant solutions to potential customers
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue target
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and optimize sales outcomes.
7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in any software product sales

2. Familiarity with sales and business development tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.

3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

4. Well conversant in English, Marathi and Hindi

5. Confident with client meetings and presentation

6. Candidates from the western and central line as this will be a field + office job.
