Key responsibilities:

1. Onboard, nurture, and train the shop staff with the help of the training team
2. Help attain sales targets in the designated market area
3. Ensure the highest levels of relationship and customer satisfaction
4. Collect customer feedback and market insights
5. Coordinate well with other teams
