About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on telephonic marketing, data entry, and business development by giving product demos about benefits to local offline institutes & online ed-tech platforms
2. Work on onboarding the suppliers on Ostello's platform (K12 coaching institution, engineering, medical & skill-based platforms)
3. Convert the clients (post onboarding) to take up our production support plan for videos, visual appearance & content & SEO on our web page for growing reach
4. Promote the company's products/services
5. Maintain records of conversations with existing and potential clients and regular follow-ups to close each open conversation in due time
6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
7. Study various verticals and identify potential suppliers and lead generation
8. Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the sales and BD team discussions
9. Work on marketing and pre-sales activities
10. Hire and give training to the business development team
11. Lead & execute end-to-end sales channels for the organization
Required:
1. MBA in marketing or BBA but should have past experience with cold callings, marketings and sales
