We are looking for a driven business development executive to identify and prospect potential D2C brands, showcase the benefits of Spur, and manage the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with our customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and provide feedback to the Spur team for continuous product and process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential D2C brands, scheduling demos to showcase the benefits of Spur
2. Work to utilize various strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn and Instagram DMs, and attending events and conferences
3. Manage the sales process from start to finish, including follow-ups, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
4. Work to collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
5. Work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
6. Provide feedback to the Spur team for continuous product and sales process improvement

Skill(s) required

Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel

Other requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or marketing industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 /year
