We are looking for MBA freshers or experienced both. We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate to take charge of our B2B business development, and also assist the firm in its growth phase.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research on consumer requirements, habits, and trends
2. Helping gather, analyze, and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data
3. Assisting in outbound or inbound business development activities
4. Creating a BD pipeline by pitching to small & mid-sized corporates
5. Contributing to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
6. Coordinating public relations and outreach initiatives, including conferences, seminars, and speaker proposals
7. Generating new business leads
8. Increasing brand awareness and market share
Master's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
Extensive knowledge of business development initiatives leads generation, channels, and branding
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
