About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
2. Schedule and conduct property site visits
3. Build a good working relationship with clients
4. Work on intermediate negotiation processes between the owner and the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
5. Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
6. Expand the offline broker network and maintain healthy relations aimed towards better or swift deal closing

Requirements: Fresher or having 1 year of b2c sales experience in home loan sales.
