About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the customer's requirements
2. Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls
3. Perform regular follow-ups and ensure customers visit the site
4. Work on lead handling to ensure site visits
5. Perform follow-up & achieve high sales conversions
6. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system
7. Submit reports and updates as required by the reporting manager

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
