Key responsibilities:

1. Generating offline leads through different sources & working on the acquisition of potential new franchisees through online leads
2. Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and generating referral leads through them
3. Working on post-sale services for the first 3 months i.e. KYC acquisition and ensuring franchisee activation
4. Delivering outstanding customer experience in terms of pre-sales and post-services
