Key responsibilities:
1. Calling shortlisted CVs in line with the job order request and headhunting them to ensure every single information of the candidate is up to date
2. Checking whether the CVs are of a specific standard and are reflective of clients' requests in line with clients' selection criteria
3. Preparing the candidates for prospective clients
4. Recording all actions on the CRM
5. Working speedily in accordance with our target audience as we work in a customer-obsessed environment
6. Working on networking & researching
7. Working on getting candidates' attention, to find out if he/she makes a good fit
8. Working on making 100 calls/day from the first day of your joining
9. Working on bringing 30 leads/day
10. Working to meet strict deadlines and managing workflow
11. Working with a great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm
12. Managing client service with a positive and can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in USA & Australian timezones
Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
Computer skills and excellent communication skills
Highly organized, with a self-driven personality and a mature approach
Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 180000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20000 /year
