1. Speak with individual leads/agents/businesses and pitch them Tring's services and capabilities
2. Convert leads into business thus driving revenue conversions and improving profitability
3. Provide feedback to the marketing team for driving better conversions and improving the funnel
4. Maintain relationships with past clients to generate additional business
5. Up-sell/Cross-sell wherever possible
