About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors/hospitals) via various sources
2. Use your expertise in the product and sales ability to showcase to doctors how it will benefit their hospital
3. Convince the doctors to use our product
4. Visit doctors, train, and handhold them until they are comfortable using the product
5. Give a detailed demo of all the features
6. Setup the infrastructure for the doctor (hardware and software)
7. Train the doctors to use our product and provide them support whenever needed
8. Generate goodwill with the doctor and get more referrals

Should have done an internship in field sales

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
