Key responsibilities:

1. Connecting with inbound inquiries
2. Generating interest in online chess classes
3. Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best option
4. Generating revenue (meeting or exceeding sales target)
5. Establishing new business opportunities
6. Adopting best practices for improving the lead-to-sales conversion ratio
7. Maintaining accurate records
8. Reviewing sales performance
9. Making sure the demo is coordinated well and conducted on time
10. Working on technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, emails, WhatsApp) - on the job training in CRM will be provided
11. Dealing with parents of young kids

Qualifications:

1. 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers
