About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via phone
2. Update the customer database with contact details, preferences, and inquiries
3. Make recommendations on service improvements
4. Provide customer service and troubleshoot problems
5. Respond to inquiries about services
6. Meet established performance goals

Requirements:

1. Proven experience working in a telesales environment
2. Excellent verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Fluent in English

Salary

Salary during probation: 12,000 - 18,000 /month

Annual CTC breakup:
