Key responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Meeting and fixing appointments with the School Authorities
Manage the entire process of the customer
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve the department s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the strategy)
Follow up with all B2C leads received via Digital Media Efforts
Work towards achieving given sales targets for the month
