About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research: Identify, research & analyze target customers in India, the US, Canada, Europe, and UAE markets
2. Work on lead generation: Reach out to potential customers, pitch them, and create sales leads for Pixel6
3. Work on sales lifecycle: Lead generation to closure and post-closure relationship management
4. Generate business through upselling & cross-selling existing customers and onboarding new ones
5. Work on client servicing: Be the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams
6. Plan, create, and execute sales and marketing campaigns via different channels
Skill(s) required
Digital Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) Sales Sales and Marketing Social Media Marketing
Who can apply

1. A graduate/post graduate degree in sales & marketing

2. Ideal to have some experience in sales and business development for an IT company

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client servicing & lead generation

4. Ability to work independently, work effectively, make consequential decisions that bring projects and ultimately revenue to the company

5. Great oratory and negotiation skills

6. Well experienced in handling different channels like social media for lead generation

7. Good at creating impressive pitch material, presentations & sales reports

Salary

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
