About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand BVS Globus's presence in international markets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients in target regions
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in different geographies
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
5. Conduct cold calls, send emails, and use other outreach methods to generate leads and set up meetings with prospective clients
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
7. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute international marketing campaigns
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote BVS Globus and identify new business prospects
10. Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends
11. Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, competitive activities, and potential business opportunities
12. Maintain an updated CRM system with all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management

1. Earn a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous

2. Demonstrate proven experience in international business development, sales, or marketing, particularly within the financial services sector

3. Possess a deep understanding of global markets, business practices, and cultural nuances

4. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team

8. Willingness to travel internationally as required

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,50,000 /year
