1. Plan, execute and own the end-to-end sales cycle of our UX & UI Design & Development services, right from lead generation to deal closure.
2. Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can benefit their operations.
3. Build, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Be an industry expert understanding the processes, user persona, market trends, and underlying nuances.
5. Be a very strong client advocate and help the marketing team generate right content providing industry relevant inputs. c
6. Study competitor products, partnership channels, and value propositions for collaboration with right entities.
7. Master more than one outbound communication channel including email, LinkedIn, calls, and more. Should not shy away from making calls and delivering presentations
8. Design, implement and own sales strategy, campaigns, and create a scalable outbound engine.
9. Learn and understand the range of other products, solutions and services and be a champion at demonstrations and closures
10. Create sales resources including but not limited to proposals, personalized pitch decks, and presentations.
