- Proficiency in English communication and working knowledge of Hindi. Working knowledge of Kannada will be a plus.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles, preferably in EdTech or a tech startup.
- Proven track record of closing deals and building successful partnerships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the education technology space or language learning market is a plus.
