Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching potential leads from web searches and digital resources
2. Understanding client's needs and offering the best solutions
3. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects within the target territory
4. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
5. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls
6. Working on cold-calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
7. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate manager for further development and closure
8. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
9. Maintaining a database of prospective client information
10. Working on the tie-ups
11. Handling new lead generation
12. Managing the entire sales process
13. Identifying new development channels
14. Following up on the total number of sales
15. Promoting the company and its products/services

Skills & Requirements:

1. Freshers or candidates with experience of 6 months or more in corporate tie-ups
2. Should be available full-time in Koramangala, and ready to travel to Bangalore
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must be willing to do sales
5. Strong client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients
6. Strong problem-solving skills
