Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new leads within the IT sector
2. Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present GRKMS solutions
3. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IT asset disposal and e-waste management landscape
6. Regularly travel within the designated territory to visit client locations for meetings and demonstrations
7. Achieve and exceed assigned targets

Requirements:

1. Minimum educational qualification of a BE, MCA, or MBA degree
2. Proven experience in business development or marketing (3+ years)
3. Proven track record of exceeding targets in a B2B environment
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Previous experience within the IT sector is a plus
