We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the HVAC industry.
2. Coordinate and manage the delivery of HVAC spare parts to clients.
3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
4. Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and present product offerings.
5. Draft and send quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
6. Persuade and convince clients of the benefits of products and services, ensuring a high conversion rate.
7. Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
8. Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the EdTech industry.
3. Strong understanding of the EdTech market landscape, trends, and challenges.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
