Ideal candidate:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a friendly and engaging phone manner (Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must, knowledge of regional languages is a bonus)
2. Driven to win over customers through focused efforts
3. Strategy-oriented with a research-based approach
4. Good at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and time management
5. Any graduate or postgraduate (completed or in the final year of studies)
6. Academic background in fields like BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc, or postgraduate studies (completed or nearing completion)
